The Various Services We Provide
Electric water heaters look almost the same as their gas-fueld-siblings. Both have a jacket made of steel with insulation between the storage tank and the tank jacket that helps to reduce the loss of heat from the water within.
The major difference between electric and gas units is the heat source. In an electric water heater, water is heated by upper and lower heating elements that extend into the water tank. Little or no heat is usually an indication of a failed heating element-- a part that is pretty easy to replace, as long as you know what you're doing. Other issues could be a result of incorrect settings, water pressure that is too high, or a lack of tank maintenance. Perhaps you've got a tankless system and you're experiencing your first few problems with it. Good news-- we're good at dealing with those also. At Savannah Water Heater Co. we are very thorough in our testing because we want to make sure we figure out the correct problem, the first time, so that we give you the right service, and don't have to make another trip out. If you're in the market for a new unit, we can sell you one and put it in for you at a great price. We recommend Rennai tankless systems if you're looking for on-demand hot water. If you need to have your current unit replaced, we can help with that as well. We offer the following services:
